The PSAT is designed to help students become comfortable with the format and content of the SAT, as well as give an idea of your college readiness. It's a great way to get your first introduction to the test. Be sure to check in with the Testing Coordinator for more details about the date!

Dual Credit Program

The Dual Credit program is an exciting opportunity for high school students to take approved courses at San Jacinto College that earn BOTH high school and college credit. Usually, students take two courses per semester while in high school. This way, you can graduate from high school with 24+ hours of college credit! You'll have the chance to apply to the Dual Credit Program during your 10th grade year. Students who apply will need to meet certain criteria, which can change each year. If you'd like to get a better idea of what's needed and the application process, feel free to visit our Dual Credit Page for more information.
